We had the Platinum membership which allowed for 5 calls per year. Within a little LESS than 1 year we had called them 5 times we had paid for.

They cancelled membership because we used all 5 calls and they said their customers normally call only 1-2 times per year. Because we used what we had paid for the company determined we "overused" their services.

They advertise fraudulent services and do not expect customers to use what they've paid for. I will never recommend this company to anyone and if you are considering a membership with them just beware that if you call them more than 1-2 times they will cancel your membership.

Same thing happened to me halfway into my fifth year of my premium membership, during which I had used them a total of five times, never more than twice a year. I was notified in a form letter from Good Sam that they were cancelling my membership.

The letter I received offered me no means to get in touch with them, not even a phone number. I will go out of my way to avoid dealing with Good Sam in any form (Roadside Assistance, Camping World, Good Sam Club) again.
